Upon getting your first pet at base level 30, you're given this but it can only be unlock when your pet reaches pet intimacy level 5 and pet level 45.
Nevertheless, this feature is very useful and does not require stamina (combat time) to use!
Check your bag for this and use it.
Upon using, there are multiple "working places" which you could send your pet to work "part-time" there. Each of the place will have a different unlock requirement and you could only send 2 pet at a time (account wide). Premium users will have an additional slot (become a total of 3).
Depending on which work place, the reward can working period will differ. Higher base level will gives you better rewards too (higher tier EXP potions and higher level mob etc drops).
There is a chance for you to get an emperium!
Sidenote: If you do not have stamina (combat time) to spare, you could consider using this. The reward might not be as good as Pet Adventure but it's free! Anyway, I usually use it when I am going to bed, it works when you're offline too!!
