Time Rift is a Party Quest (though you could party with a mule and solo) which drops valuable rare equipment such as accessories. The quest could only be taken in Prontera's Rift Monitor NPC. Each player can do 5 times per day, after which no reward will be given. The quest will remain at the quest window until you forfeit it.
The easiest Rift will be West Gate Rift which could be done by almost anyone while the difficulties increase drastically after that.
There are a few tricks for your party in order to clear higher level Time Rift:
1) Bring a Wizard and a Priest
2) Stand at the edge of the "sphere" of the Rift (prevent support from dying)
3) Priest will need to follow Wizard (within Ring of Fire) and spam cast Sanctuary (AOE heal)
4) One person will need to lure some mobs to the edge (fight within small area for effective healing)
5) Kill, heal and repeat.

Alternatively, you could clear Time Rift instantly with Holy Grail (purchase with meatball), the higher the level of the Rift, the more the meatball will be required.
Tips: In a party of 5, each person should buy and take turn to use 1 Holy Grail each, resulting in fair contribution.
