Mission Board is a type of Daily Quest which could be done for up to 10 times per day. The quests will varies depending on your level. The higher your level, the higher the EXP.
The reward includes Base/Job EXP and zeny, along with other items such as Potions, Lightning Chain, more Zeny, etc. There is also a 10% increment for each quest done for that day (upto 100%).
There are a few types of quests (but not limit to) in Mission Board:
1) Collecting common drops
2) Collecting special mob drops (only drop when you take the quest)
3) Killing a certain amount of mobs (usually 25)
4) Taking photo
5) Sending mob/pet/letter(s) to NPC(s)
Alternately, you could use Pet Meatball to purchase "Mercenary's Mission" to complete the quest instantly (higher level will require more Meatball).
Sidenote: It is advisable to do Mission Board's quests when you've completely used your Combat Time, as higher level will give you more EXP per quest.
